- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 link of Aurelia's Spanish Chorizo cut into small cubes
- 3 slices of bacon, chopped
- 4 medium potatoes peeled and cut into large 3/4 inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt
