Ingredients:
- 1 package Aurelia's Spanish Chorizo sliced
- 1/2 cup dice onion
- 8oz Penne Rigate Pasta
- 1 16 oz. jar of you favorite marinara sauce
Directions:
- Sauté chorizo and onion in skillet over medium heat until onion is translucent. Add marinara sauce, reduce heat and cover. Bring a 4 qt pot of salted water to boil. Add pasta and cook for 10 min. Drain.
