A very quick and easy meal with ingredients from HEB that you can always have readily available in your pantry!
Cook Time: 20 mins | Serves: 4 | Difficulty: Easy
- 1 package Aurelia's Spanish Chorizo sliced
- 1/2 cup dice onion
- 8oz Penne Rigate Pasta
- 1 16 oz. jar of you favorite marinara sauce
Saute chorizo and onion in skillet over medium heat until onion is translucent. Add marinara sauce, reduce heat and cover. Bring a 4 qt pot of salted water to boil. Add pasta and cook for 10 min. Drain.
Add cooked pasta to Chorizo sauce. Let simmer for 4 minutes. Divide into 4 pasta bowls. Garnish with grated Manchego cheese. Serve!
